Who is Decluttering Diva?

Kristina is a mum of three wonderful kids aged 16, 18 & 21 and a wife to a husband who drives dangerous goods trucks for a living, and with 3 of them diagnosed with ADHD, you can imagine their lives and schedule are pretty crazy.

When she isn’t decluttering homes she enjoys singing (hence the “diva” name), DIYing around the home, hanging with friends, continuing her studies, op shopping, reading and watching Netflix.

Achieved the Level II Specialist certificates in ADHD, Chronic Disorganisation and Hoarding as well as Lvl I Certificate in Ageing, Client Management & Time Management through ICD (www.challengingdisorganization.org)

Achieved Expert level member accreditation through the Australian Association of Professional Organisers Inc (AAPO). She has also completed her Mental Health First Aid training and the Hoarding Home Solutions training for Independant Service Providers.

Fiona previously worked in the employment industry as a compliance officer – so ticking boxes and getting things done is her thing.
Since joining the DD Team we have found that tetris-ing skip bins is also her thing.
She has two teenage daughters who she is very close with – you may even see Miss Immy on a job as one of our assistants.
Fiona is very active in the amateur musical theatre world (when it’s open) and has tried her hand directing, producing and lead roles – this experience may seem irrelevant for this job but it’s not. Fiona has an incredible “can do” attitude and is not afraid to get her hands dirty.

Kelsey moved to Sydney from North America where she was previously a primary school teacher. Kelsey wanted to be part of the DD team before she even moved here, and now has her dream job.

We love her neat handwriting for our labels which she perfected in her teaching days. Her compassion and creativity are huge assets to the team too

When she is not working Kelsey love to adventure with her husband and dog.

Kelsey has completed the Hoarding Home Solutions training for Independent Service Providers (www.hoardinghomesolutions.com.au) & the NDIS Worker Orientation – “Quality, Safety & You”

Shannon has a professional background in corporate sustainability and strategy – developing management systems to measure and address the triple bottom lines of an organisation’s environmental, social and economic health and impacts. She has consulted in a range of industries from banks and mining companies to fashion houses, schools and churches.

More recently, Shannon has taken this systems approach to management to the home and garden through the study of permaculture design. Permaculture encompasses far more than just gardening. It is a design template for creating systems that meet human needs whilst increasing ecological health and can be applied in a number of ways – including home design. Shannon also has a keen interest in designing for all abilities, with particular focus on neurodiversity including ASD and ADHD.

Shannon has worked freelance as a personal stylist over the years providing wardrobe consultations for people from all walks of life and volunteered as a Primary School Ethics Teacher before her recent move down to Sydney.

In her downtime Shannon loves to spend time in the garden, out in the bush or at the beach.

Bri previously worked as Child Care Educator where she had a keen interest in working with special needs kids especially those on the ASD spectrum.

She is excited to join the DD Team and help individuals and families have systems and solutions that help them to feel more calm and in control.
